Drive east on Malecon, after the hotel Melia Cohiba, continue two blocks and the market is to your right.

Old Havana Market
Ave. del Puerto and Chacón
From 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

What you will find: Very large old book selection, Cigar memorabilia, stamps, old records, trinkets, gifts, shoes, shells, stamps, etc.

At the end of Malicon in old Havana. Turn right, straight after the cathedral square.

Bazaar 43
Street 22 e/ 41 and 43 Playa.
Monday to Saturday
From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What you will find: Clothing, toiletries, cooking utencils, packed food items.

Supermarket

Supermarket 70th -Largest supermarket in Havana

3rd Avenue between 68th and 70th. Playa.

Drive along fifth (from Havana) to avenue to 70th Avenue (traffic lights) turn right then right again.

What you will find: Wide selection of international foods, fresh vegetables, alcholol and Beer, Tinned foods, Fresh meat, etc. Basically, a usual international supermarket.

Electrical Store

84th Avenue between 13th and 15th, Playa.

Drive along fifth (from Havana), turn right on 84th, make a U turn and cross fifth again using 84th. Continue up to 13th avenue. Shop on the right.

What you will find: Wide selection of, TV's, video's, radio's, stereo equipment, boom boxes, batteries, walkman's, etc.

NOTE: There are many others but these are the best.
